Thank you for shopping with Healthy Ever After Store. This policy explains order processing, shipping costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order processing

Except as otherwise stated on the store, orders are processed within one business day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays may begin processing the next business day. A confirmation email with tracking is sent when an order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping methods and delivery

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from when an order ships. Production and processing time is additional. Available methods and estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs and destinations

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders as displayed at checkout. The store currently ships to the United States.

Tracking, changes, and issues

When applicable, a tracking number and link are sent after shipping. Check your address carefully at checkout and contact the store as soon as possible if it needs to be corrected. If a package is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact the store for help working with the carrier.
