Returns

Return eligibility depends on the items in your order. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on printed merchandise, even if unopened. This does not affect help for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or rights under applicable law.

Where returns are accepted, items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging or as otherwise indicated. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Return shipping is free, and a return label will be provided.

How to start a return

Contact Healthy Ever After before returning an item. If approved, return instructions will be provided. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, exchanges, and refunds

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact the store immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact the store to ask about exchange options before returning an item. After inspection, you will be notified whether a refund is approved. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, unless otherwise stated.
